If you wish to exchange your item for something else please follow the instruction below. Returns accepted for 14 days receiving your order.
We DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS! Only store credit for a returned item
All Clearance Items are NOT RETURNABLE!!
Please be certain of your purchase! If you ordered the wrong size by mistake, we are happy to exchange it, customer pays for shipping

To be eligible for an exchange:/ (store credit) your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are Not REFUNDABLE!

Please add a note with your return, as to what item you wish to EXCHANGE it for, or if you prefer a store credit.
Rene's Creations will EMAIL you or TEXT you a DISCOUNT CODE for the Cost of the item you returned. You may then use the code to place a NEW ORDER, and the amount will be deducted from your total at checkout!
We do not offer refunds. You may exchange the item for something else, or receive a store credit to be used on a future purchase, expires 30 days
You must return the item within 7 days of receiving it.

Customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
