Shipping policy

We use USPS Priority mail service for our shipping.

Once your order ships:    You  WILL receive an email with tracking info!

Please make sure your email address is CORRECT!  

This gives you, our customer and  Rene's Creations tracking info for order.

Shipping is charged according to the total amount of your purchase.

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours once we receive notification of your order.

However: If you order an item marked PRE-ORDER, it will shipped once the item(s) arrives to US and is in stock!

Turnaround time for your to receive your order is approximately 5-7 days.

You WILL receive an email with tracking info once your order is shipped.

However, if you put in the WRONG Email, We have No Way to Contact You!

If a package is lost in transit, it is not our responsibility Please contact your Post Office!  They will tell you how to proceed, and you will need to file a complaint with the Post office.
