Canadian Orders ship USPS or UPS (depending on which is cheaper)
By doing so, we have tracking information and your order is insured.

We have NO CONTROL over the U.S. Government!
If your order is damaged or lost YOU will need to FILE A CLAIM with the U.S. Post office!
This RARELY occurs, but it does happen on occasion.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
However if you order an Item that is a PRE-ORDER, it will be shipped once the item(s) arrives to Rene's Creations, and is in stock.
