Canadian Orders ship USPS or UPS (depending on which is cheaper)

We have NO CONTROL over the U.S. Government!

If your order is damaged or lost YOU will need to FILE A CLAIM with the U.S. Post office!

This RARELY occurs, but it does happen on occasion.

Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.

However if you order an Item that is a PRE-ORDER, it will be shipped once the item(s) arrives to Rene's Creations, and is in stock.

Turnaround time for you to receive your order is generally about 5-7 days.

Great skirt! Wonderful service!!

I LOVE elastic waist denim skirts, and this one is great!! I accidentally ordered the wrong size at first, but exchanged it for the correct one. If you're between sizes, I would size up on this one. Very friendly customer service!!
